Welcome Heart Doormat is an 18" x 30" front-door rug with a natural coir face and a slip-resistant backing. The UV-cured ink prints directly on each fiber, with no vinyl and no peeling. Each mat is unique, with natural color and fiber-thickness variations from coconut husks. The rug measures 18" x 30" x 0.6" and may vary slightly in depth between pieces.
To extend life, keep the mat dry and in a covered area. Cleaning is simple: shake out debris or vacuum, or sweep with a broom. Color and thickness vary naturally, and some mats may include husk fragments. For five or more pieces, bulk discounts are available on request. Returns: buyers pay return shipping; items not in original condition may lose value, and custom orders are not returnable unless damaged or defective.

We accept returns of unused products that are defective or not defective. Your return must be processed within 30 days of the date of purchase. We do not process exchanges. We will provide a shipping label by email, you are responsible for bringing the return to the shipping provider.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
