Pinguicula 'Marciano' is a hybrid of Pinguicula heterophylla x 'Weser'. The plant turns pink when exposed to strong light and yields pale red-violet flowers. The plants pictured are representative, and you will receive a similar plant; they are not flowering at the moment.
Each plant is about 1" in diameter and is shipped bare root in a plastic container to protect it. We ship the plants on Mondays and Wednesdays to avoid weekend cutoff. For winter protection, a heating pack is recommended (1 per order). Care essentials: light is a sunny windowsill, T5, or LED lights; potting medium is Mexican Pinguicula soil mix; feeding is fish food or bugs every 3-4 weeks; water keeps soil moist; humidity 50-80%; temperature 55-85°F. Mature plant size 2-2.5" depending on care. Dormancy: none, but plant may go into a succulent state during Winter (depending on temperatures).

Good solution. The little flies have disappeared. We were sure to mist/moisten the surface of each plant once a day for 4 or 5 days, after the initial application of the nematodes, to keep the little guys mobile and able to get to any remaining eggs. So, go for it!

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
