Pinguicula hemiepiphytica x zamudioana is an in-house hybrid developed by Rainbow Carnivorous Plants nursery. These butterworts can turn golden or reddish under strong full-spectrum lights. Flowers are mostly pink with white center stripes, though color and form may vary since these are seed-grown. The photos are representative; you will receive a similar plant. They are shipped bare-root in a plastic container, mailed on Mondays and Wednesdays to avoid weekend cutoffs.
Care and growing conditions include bright light from a sunny windowsill, T5, or LED lights; potting medium is Mexican Pinguicula mix; keep soil moist; humidity 50–80%; temperature 55–85°F, with daytime 75–80°F and nighttime 55–70°F. Mature plant size is about 2 inches depending on care. Dormancy is none, though plants may go succulent in winter if temperatures drop. A heating pack is strongly recommended during winter; one per order is sufficient to protect the plant in transit.

Good solution. The little flies have disappeared. We were sure to mist/moisten the surface of each plant once a day for 4 or 5 days, after the initial application of the nematodes, to keep the little guys mobile and able to get to any remaining eggs. So, go for it!

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
