The zippered cushions and pillows use Nuvella fabric; clean with mild soap and water and air dry. For stubborn stains, a solution of 4 oz bleach to 28 oz water can be used. Assembly is required. My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping.
