Hawaii has strict regulations regarding the import of agricultural products, so we cannot ship to HI. Photos are reference only, and you will be shipped a plant of the same quality. We ship plants on Mondays and Tuesdays to minimize transit delays, and we use packaging to protect your plants during transit to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.
During winter, we include heat packs if daytime temperatures at your destination are expected to drop below 40°F. We discourage shipping if daytime temperatures are forecast below 25°F. You can contact us to hold your order from shipping until conditions are more favorable. We note common shipping stressors include browning or yellowing leaves and minor damage to leaves or stems. If your order is damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will address ASAP.

Standard shipping fees are confirmed at checkout based on your address and provider selection. Free shipping items incur zero fees at checkout. We accept returns of unused products that are defective or not defective. Your return must be processed within 30 days of the date of purchase. We do not process exchanges. We will provide a shipping label by email, you are responsible for bringing the return to the shipping provider.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again. Hoghly recommend this shop.
