We accept returns of unused products that are defective or not defective. Your return must be processed within 30 days of the date of purchase. We will provide a shipping label by email, you are responsible for bringing the return to the shipping provider.

There are no returns, exchanges or refunds for products delivered via freight.
REFUNDS:
The cost of the return shipping and a 6% credit card processing/restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. The refund balance will be distributed to you once the returned product is received and processed.

If you want a quick turn around when ordering soil, this is your guy. If you want someone to dump soil where YOU want it, this is your guy. If you want someone to sell you good soil instead of sand and broken up pallets, this is your guy. It seems weird that a guy and his wife would be so excited about dirt, I know. But we were. It’s the beginning of a big transformation for our house. So we ordered this, I think on and Saturday and surprisingly he said he could deliver it on Monday! So Monday, we woke up and literally wished each other a happy dirt day. I went to work and sure enough, he showed up on time and dumped the dirt exactly where we were hoping. And when I got home I walked over and before I could get there, you could smell the organic material in the dirt. Our plants will love this. Excellent quality. Excellent transaction. Excellent service. Couldn’t be happier.
