Our 18x30 doormats make the perfect personalized gifts and feature a slip resistant backing with a natural coir front. We use high quality cured UV Ink that helps prevent fading, and the UV ink affixes directly to each fiber on the doormat. With our process there is no vinyl involved so there will be no peeling.
All doormats will discolor after exposure to water and high traffic. To extend the life of your doormat, keep it in a dry, covered area. To clean your doormat, simply shake or vacuum away any debris. Dimensions: 18 x 30 x 0.6 inches, with depth varying slightly. All mats are different and unique—colors may be darker or lighter than the photo, and coir fibers may vary in thickness with occasional husk chunks.

We accept returns of unused products that are defective or not defective. Your return must be processed within 30 days of the date of purchase. We do not process exchanges. We will provide a shipping label by email, you are responsible for bringing the return to the shipping provider.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
