BrewKashi Spores: Lactobacillus Casei is a pure, concentrated Lactobacillus Casei microbe spore with no carrier added. Spores offer long shelf life and a higher CFU per gram. A 10 gram vial yields 5 gallons of highly concentrated lactic acid bacteria, also known as EM or Lactobacillus Casei. The product is made in the USA by a US-based biotech company.
To grow the spores, you will need a 6-gallon fermentation vessel, 1 airlock, 4 cups unsulphured molasses, 1 10-gram vial of spores, and 5 gallons of water (tap water ok). Ferment for 14 to 21 days or until the pH is stable at 3.5 to 4.5. The resulting product is a liquid microbial inoculum used for composting and odor control.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping.
