- Site Preparation: The delivery path and room space must be completely cleared prior to arrival. Failure to clear the space may result in a rescheduled delivery and an additional delivery fee.

🔁 4. Approved Returns & Exchanges Conditions:
- Prior Approval: All returns and exchanges must be explicitly approved by the store before transit.
- Time Windows: Approved items must be returned within 10 days of delivery or pickup.
- Restocking Penalties: A minimum 31% restocking/cancellation fee applies to approved returns. Original delivery fees, re-delivery fees, and return pickup fees are strictly non-refundable and are at the cosumers expense.
- Product Condition: Merchandise must be in brand-new condition, within the original packaging and accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
- Transportation Logistics: The customer is fully responsible for handling all return transportation.

These markers were perfect for ones that we were replacing. The quality is great and they seem sturdy. The gold detail stands out and is visible from a distance. Shipping was very fast.
Good solution. The little flies have disappeared. We were sure to mist/moisten the surface of each plant once a day for 4 or 5 days, after the initial application of the nematodes, to keep the little guys mobile and able to get to any remaining eggs. So, go for it!

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again. Hoghly recommend this shop.
