La rara fruta de la pasión amarilla es una enredadera frutal tropical, nativa del mundo tropical. La pulpa única de la fruta amarilla tiene un sabor dulce, ácido y tropical. Como la mayoría de las enredaderas de maracuyá, es una cosa de belleza que crece vigorosamente. Las flores ornamentadas y coloridas de la fruta de la pasión amarilla son un espectáculo que nunca olvidará.
Hoy en día se cultivan cerca de 500 variedades de flor de la pasión, junto con la maracuyá púrpura. Se sabe que la amarilla da frutos de forma más prolífica que otras variedades en las condiciones adecuadas. Las flores también son más grandes y más aromáticas que las demás variedades de passiflora.
En Hawái, la fruta de la pasión amarilla se conoce como Lilikoi y se usa como saborizante para jarabes y hielo raspado. En Venezuela se conocen como Parcha Amarilla y se usan comúnmente para hacer helados, conservas y un popular cóctel embotellado de maracuyá con ron.

Good solution. The little flies have disappeared. We were sure to mist/moisten the surface of each plant once a day for 4 or 5 days, after the initial application of the nematodes, to keep the little guys mobile and able to get to any remaining eggs. So, go for it!

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
