Most of our bulk garden supplies weigh 800 to 1600 lbs per cubic yard and require heavy trucks and equipment to move and load. A full refund can be processed up to two hours before the scheduled date and time frame of delivery. There's no refund within two hours of your scheduled date and time frame. There are no returns or refunds once the product has been delivered.
