El raro árbol rojo Jaboticaba (Jabuticaba) tiene un sabor similar al Jaboticaba morado pero con un sabor tropical más vibrante.
El árbol de jabuticaba, también conocido como jabuticaba o uva brasileña, es un pequeño árbol frutal o arbusto singular, originario de Brasil. Su fruto crece directamente del tronco y tiene el aspecto y el tamaño de una uva grande, de 2,5 a 7,6 cm. Tiene una piel astringente similar a la de la uva y una pulpa blanca con un dulce sabor a rosa. Se suele consumir fresco, pero también se puede utilizar para elaborar jugos, postres, mermeladas o incluso fermentarlo para producir vino.
El nombre Jaboticaba (Plinia cauliflora) proviene de la palabra tupí jaboti, que significa tortuga o grasa de tortuga, y describe la pulpa del fruto. Cauliflora proviene de cauliflorous, lo que significa que el fruto y las flores crecen directamente sobre la corteza o debajo de ella, a lo largo del tronco, las ramas y las extremidades. La rama es abundante, se inclina hacia arriba y generalmente forma una copa densa, redondeada o similar a un jarrón y simétrica.

Good solution. The little flies have disappeared. We were sure to mist/moisten the surface of each plant once a day for 4 or 5 days, after the initial application of the nematodes, to keep the little guys mobile and able to get to any remaining eggs. So, go for it!

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
