La higuera Celeste ( Ficus carica 'Celeste' ) es un clásico sureño, apreciada por su resistencia al frío, su productividad estable y sus frutos pequeños, dulces y con sabor a miel. También conocida como higuera de azúcar, esta variedad produce una piel de color marrón claro a bronce violáceo con pulpa rosada, rica y suave, perfecta para consumir en fresco, deshidratar o en conserva.
La higuera Celeste es una variedad autofértil de fructificación temprana que se desarrolla magníficamente en climas cálidos y húmedos e inviernos suaves, lo que la hace ideal para cultivadores de las zonas 7 a 10. Además, es más tolerante al frío que muchas otras variedades de higos y resiste la rotura en condiciones de humedad, ideal para jardines del sureste.
Compacta y fácil de cuidar, la Celeste alcanza una altura de entre 2,4 y 4,5 metros, lo que la hace ideal para macetas o para plantar en el suelo. Suele producir una cosecha principal de verano, pero en zonas más cálidas también se puede obtener una cosecha ligera de brevas a principios del verano.

Worked like an absolute charm!
These markers were perfect for ones that we were replacing. The quality is great and they seem sturdy. The gold detail stands out and is visible from a distance. Shipping was very fast.
Good solution. The little flies have disappeared. We were sure to mist/moisten the surface of each plant once a day for 4 or 5 days, after the initial application of the nematodes, to keep the little guys mobile and able to get to any remaining eggs. So, go for it!

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again. Hoghly recommend this shop.
