Alocasia Black Velvet and Indoor Houseplant
Alocasia Black Velvet and Indoor Houseplant
Add a striking architectural touch to your home with this distinctive indoor houseplant. You will recognize it as the Black Velvet, though many also call it African Mask or Elephant Ear. The official botanical record lists it as Alocasia reginula. Its broad, alien-style leaves immediately command attention in any setting.
You must commit to a consistent routine for this plant to flourish. Place it where it absorbs bright, indirect sunshine. Adjust your watering habit to keep the soil constantly damp. Bring the container indoors right away when winter drafts appear, since it withstands cold very poorly. Store everything above floor level to shield curious pets from the toxic parts.
📋 Product summary:

- Foliage Design: Enjoy the unusually shaped, dark leaves that anchor quiet reading nooks.
- Demanding Care: Dedicate time to monitor moisture levels, as proper tending proves essential.
- Pet Hazard: Place containers out of high-traffic areas to stop accidental chewing.

Great product and delivery
Really nice soil and awesome service
Never used because I ordered the wrong Water Filter. Mike was very helpful with the return and refund. Excellent Customer Service.
Great service. Soil is what I wanted and it off loaded exactly where I asked.
Plants are doing really well with this soil. Deep and rich looking soil, plants seem really happy. Much more cost effective (and no plastic bag waste) compared to buying bags of soil mix from a store.
The quality of the craftsmanship is superb! My formula one fan absolutely loves it!!!!
Worked like an absolute charm!
These markers were perfect for ones that we were replacing. The quality is great and they seem sturdy. The gold detail stands out and is visible from a distance. Shipping was very fast.
Good solution. The little flies have disappeared. We were sure to mist/moisten the surface of each plant once a day for 4 or 5 days, after the initial application of the nematodes, to keep the little guys mobile and able to get to any remaining eggs. So, go for it!
Plant was well packed and shipment was very fast. Received a very nice fully rooted plant in the pot!
The organic garden soil is doing very well in my garden bed. The company was professional, nice, and accommodating to my needs. They provide many types of things for your landscaping at a reasonable price.
Product was delivered promptly and the quality of the product was very good, as hoped for. I was thrilled to receive the product so quickly! Thank you!
