Wood Warden is a premium wood cleaning solution from Grit & Glory that defends decks, fences, and other wooden surfaces without wreaking havoc on their natural pH. From Freedom Wash Supply, it delivers power without the damage associated with bleach, using a Sodium Metasilicate-based formula to clean effectively while preserving wood integrity.
Unlike aggressive, high-PSI blasting, Wood Warden is gentle on surfaces and helps maintain a smooth, finished look by revealing the wood’s natural grain rather than bleaching it. It’s designed to tackle dirt on decks and fences, so one wash can improve curb appeal. Use in a pump-up sprayer or similar applicator, dilute Wood Warden at 4:1 (water to product), spray evenly across the wood surface, dwell for 15–20 minutes, and rinse thoroughly with a white 40° pressure washer tip, staying about 8–12 inches from the surface. Use long, consistent strokes—board by board. Optional oxalic acid rinse provides extra brightening and neutralization.
