Our 18 x 30 doormat features a natural coir front with a slip-resistant backing, designed for durable outdoor use. The print uses high-quality cured UV ink that bonds to each fiber to help prevent fading, and there is no vinyl involved, so the design won’t peel.
All doormats will discolor after exposure to water and high traffic. To extend life, keep your doormat in a dry, covered area. Cleaning is simple—shake out debris or vacuum. Each mat measures 18 x 30 x.6 inches (depth may vary slightly). Mats are unique and color shades may vary; coir fibers can differ in thickness and occasional husk chunks may be present. For orders of 5 or more pieces, message us about bulk discounts. Returns: buyers are responsible for return shipping, and items must be in original condition; custom or personalized orders aren’t eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

We accept returns of unused products that are defective or not defective. Your return must be processed within 30 days of the date of purchase. We do not process exchanges. We will provide a shipping label by email, you are responsible for bringing the return to the shipping provider.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
