The Welcome Heart Doormat is an 18 x 30 inch entry rug featuring a natural coir front and a slip-resistant backing. It is printed with cured UV ink that bonds to each fiber to help prevent fading, and there is no vinyl used, so peeling is not expected.
Each mat is unique—colors may vary from the photo, fibers differ in thickness, and some husk pieces may be present. All mats discolor after exposure to water and high traffic, so keep the mat dry and in a covered area to extend its life. My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
