You receive a live Dionaea muscipula ‘Spiderman’ that catches unsuspecting insects on your countertop. This compact mutant ships in its own soil, so you can set it up immediately. Young plants measure about one to one point five inches wide when they arrive.
Position it near bright sun, then set the pot in a shallow water tray to keep the peat base evenly moist. Nourish the traps with fish food or live bugs every three to four weeks. Keep daytime heat between sixty-five and eighty degrees Fahrenheit, then let the room cool to thirty-five and fifty-five degrees Fahrenheit as winter dormancy begins.

Good solution. The little flies have disappeared. We were sure to mist/moisten the surface of each plant once a day for 4 or 5 days, after the initial application of the nematodes, to keep the little guys mobile and able to get to any remaining eggs. So, go for it!
