It ships via First Class Mail in a 2.5" pot and arrives as a young plant about 2–3" across. Care instructions are included to help you get started.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping.
