Tatsoi Mustard seeds are non-GMO and heirloom. Also called Spoon Mustard, it originates from China and has a traditional role as a tender culinary herb in Japan. It is related to bok choy and Chinese cabbage and is a cold-hardy biennial that can overwinter in mild-winter regions.
Tatsoi Mustard grows as an active leafy herb reaching 8–10 inches tall and about 1 inch wide, with a compact, low-growing habit. As a biennial, it blooms from late spring through summer, or again as a fall crop. Harvest baby greens early; mature plants develop forest-green leaves on light-green stalks and a peppery scent with mild mustard flavor, looking like cabbage or bok choy.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
