Stainless steel Stewpan with Glass Lid from the Strate collection features 18/10 stainless steel with a brushed finish and a flat glass lid. It comes in three sizes—4 qt, 5.5 qt and 7 qt—with a detachable handle system (handles sold separately). The cookware uses CRISTEL L Shape thermo-diffuser base, compatible with induction, and is designed to fit a range of kitchen sizes.
Detachable handles let you transform the vessel into a serving dish by replacing the long handle with short handles. The detachable handle system is designed to save space by enabling stacking in drawers, cabinets, and in the dishwasher. Detachable handles should be used during cooking when moving cookware from stovetop to oven or table; they should not be left on while cooking. Prolonged exposure can negatively impact the detaching mechanism over time. Made in France with BV Cert. 6019453.

Good solution. The little flies have disappeared. We were sure to mist/moisten the surface of each plant once a day for 4 or 5 days, after the initial application of the nematodes, to keep the little guys mobile and able to get to any remaining eggs. So, go for it!
