For even heat distribution, its induction-compatible, heat-diffusing base is built in three layers (induction stainless steel – aluminum – 18/10 stainless steel). This setup ensures even heat across its surface for searing and sautéing with less need for added fat. For fish, potatoes, or eggs, consider the 1826® Non-stick Frying Pan. The pan is designed for compact storage, and its heat-resistant, ergonomic, riveted handle does not conduct heat, providing a secure grip. My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
