It includes an adjustable-height galvanized under-shelf and galvanized legs with adjustable non-marring feet to stabilize the unit on uneven floors. A four-pack of heavy-duty casters provides mobility, with two brakes for stability. Wheels are chemical resistant, 7-3/4 inches tall, 5-1/4 inches wide, 4 inches in diameter, and arrive fully assembled to fit 1-1/2 inch leg openings. My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping.
