Spanish Lime Tree (Melicoccus bijugatus), also known as Quenepa or Mamoncillo, is a tropical fruit tree native to the Caribbean, Central, and South America. The tree produces small, green fruits that resemble limes, but the flesh inside is sweet and tangy with a jelly-like texture. The fruit is commonly eaten fresh or used in beverages and desserts, and the tree is valued for its ornamental canopy and glossy leaves in tropical landscapes.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping.
