Snowball Cauliflower Seeds Organic Heirloom
Snowball Cauliflower Seeds Organic Heirloom is an annual heirloom variety of Brassica oleracea (Botrytis group). It produces large 6"-7" snow-white heads that are well protected by outer leaves. This reliable strain is heavy yielding and produces smooth white curds with a uniform appearance, and it is downy mildew resistant.
Cauliflower is an excellent source of vitamins C, K, B6, and folate. For growing success, aim for soil temperatures of 60-80°F and plant 1/4"-1/2" deep; germination takes 6-14 days. Plants reach 20"-26" tall and mature in 52-70 days. They prefer full sun and require about 15" of spacing after thinning. Each pack contains about 50 seeds. My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping.
