Castel'Pro 5-ply stainless steel construction delivers a glossy mirror finish and a 5-layer thermo-diffuser base. The set features internal graduations and fixed cast iron handles linked to the body with stainless rivets. The five layers—stainless steel 18/10 + three aluminum layers and stainless steel—promote even heat distribution across the pan body, not just at the bottom, for consistent cooking and easier cleanup. An athermic solid stainless steel handle is linked to the body by stainless rivets and does not retain heat on ceramic hobs.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
