Rosella is a Brussels sprouts variety that produces dark purple sprouts instead of the common green. Each sprout measures about 1–2 inches in diameter and grows along the stem, with large green leaves that resemble those of a cabbage plant.
These sprouts have a slightly sweeter flavor than traditional green Brussels sprouts, and cooking can intensify the sweetness. Rosella plants thrive in cooler weather and typically reach maturity about 100–120 days after transplant. They require full sun and well-draining soil and should be protected from cabbage worms and aphids. My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
