This is a "Place Order to Make" product—no stock is kept and production takes approx. 4 weeks. A preview photo is sent before shipping, and it arrives in a premium gift box. Materials include fur: soft polyester; filling: premium PP Cotton; nose & eyes: ABS & polyacrylate; paw pads: silicone rubber for a realistic touch. Each piece is handmade, just for you, making it one of a kind. Care requires wiping with a damp tissue and avoiding washing with water or machine drying. My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
