Pinguicula Weser is a hybrid of Pinguicula moranensis H.B.K. and Pinguicula ehlersiae Speta & Fuchs. Created in 1981 and registered in 1998 by A. Slack, it turns bright pink under intense full spectrum lights. Photos show representative plants; you will receive a similar specimen that may appear greener at first and develop pink or reddish hues with time under strong light.
Plants arrive bare-root in a plastic container to protect them. We ship on Monday and Wednesday to avoid weekend cutoffs. It is strongly recommended to add a heating pack during winter to shield the plant from cold during transit (one per order). Plant size starts at about 1" in diameter; light from a sunny windowsill, T5, or LED; potting medium is Mexican Pinguicula soil mix; feed with fish food or bugs every 3–4 weeks; keep soil moist; humidity 50-80%; temperature 55-85°F. Mature plant size 2-3" depending on care. Dormancy is None, though winter temperatures may cause a succulent-like state.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping.
