Pinguicula Tina Hybrid of Agnata and Zecheri
Pinguicula 'Tina' is a cultivar created in 1981 by H. Weiner of Hameln and registered by A. Slack in 2002, according to the ICPS database. It is a hybrid of Pinguicula agnata Casper and Pinguicula zecheri Speta & Fuchs. The plant features large mauve flowers with a purple ring around the throat. You'll get a plant similar to the ones in the picture, though some plants may be greener than others.
Plants are shipped bare-root in a plastic container and are about 1-1.5 inches in diameter. They ship on Mondays and Wednesdays to avoid weekend cutoffs. A heating pack is strongly recommended during winter to protect plants from low temperatures; one heating pack per order is enough.
