Pinguicula parvifolia is a perennial heterophyllous rosetted herb native to mountain climates with cool, moist, temperate conditions. Discovered in 1893, this species displays two leaf forms: glossy succulent leaves forming a winter bulb and glandular carnivorous leaves active in summer. Ships bare root in a protective plastic container on Mondays and Wednesdays. Flowering is not currently present, though specimens match pictures with varying green shades.
Size ranges from a 0.20-0.25 inch succulent bulb to 0.75-1 inch in diameter during the carnivorous phase, reaching roughly 2 inches when mature. Maintain health within a 55-85°F temperature range using a heating pack during winter transit. Select a sunny windowsill or area with soft light, keeping the potting medium moist throughout the year.

Good solution. The little flies have disappeared. We were sure to mist/moisten the surface of each plant once a day for 4 or 5 days, after the initial application of the nematodes, to keep the little guys mobile and able to get to any remaining eggs. So, go for it!

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
