Pinguicula laxifolia x 'Huahupan' is an in-house hybrid created in 2022. This plant features an orchid-colored flower with small white stripes from the center. The listing photos show representative plants; you will receive a similar plant. Plants are not flowering at the moment. Some plants may appear greener than others, and color can change with time under intense light. They ship bare root in a plastic container to protect the plant, and are sent on Monday and Wednesday to avoid weekend cut offs. Each plant is about 1 inch in diameter.
Mature plants reach about 2 inches with proper care. Light: a sunny windowsill, or use T5 or LED grow lights. Potting medium: peat moss, perlite, and vermiculite. Good solution. The little flies have disappeared. We were sure to mist/moisten the surface of each plant once a day for 4 or 5 days, after the initial application of the nematodes, to keep the little guys mobile and able to get to any remaining eggs. So, go for it!
