Pinguicula sp. 'Lautner 92/52' is a carnivorous butterwort. The plants shown are representative; you will receive a similar plant that is not flowering at the moment. Colors may vary and shift to brighter tones under intense light. They are shipped bare-root in a plastic container to protect the plant, and orders ship on Monday and Wednesday to avoid weekend cutoffs. Each plant is about 1 inch in diameter.
Light should come from a sunny windowsill or grow lights such as T5 or LEDs. Potting medium is Mexican Pinguicula soil mix. Feed every 3-4 weeks with fish food or bugs, and keep the soil moist. Humidity should be 50-80% and temperature ranges from 55-85°F. Mature size is 2-3 inches depending on care. Dormancy is none, but the plant may become succulent in winter depending on temperatures. A heating pack is recommended in winter to protect from low temperatures; one heating pack per order is enough.

Good solution. The little flies have disappeared. We were sure to mist/moisten the surface of each plant once a day for 4 or 5 days, after the initial application of the nematodes, to keep the little guys mobile and able to get to any remaining eggs. So, go for it!

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
