Pinguicula laueana 'Crimson Flower' is a perennial heterophyllous carnivorous plant. It forms summer rosettes of 5–8 oval leaves (dark green to burgundy) with or without red venation, and winter rosettes of 30–50 closely packed succulent leaves. This montane species was named for Dr Alfred Lau. Photos shown are representative; you will receive a similar plant, and it is not flowering at the moment. Some plants are greener than others but will turn reddish with time under intense light.
Plants ship bare root in a plastic container and are about 1 inch in diameter. We ship on Monday and Wednesday to avoid weekend cutoffs. It is strongly recommended to include a heating pack during winter to protect your plant from low temperatures; one heating pack per order is enough.

The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping.
