Pinguicula laueana CP2 x emarginata hybrid is a butterwort. The plants in the photos are representative; you will receive a similar plant that is not flowering at this moment. Some plants may be greener than others, but under intense light they can turn purplish. Plants are shipped bare root in a plastic container to protect them, and they measure about 1" in diameter.
Plants ship on Monday and Wednesday to avoid weekend cutoff. It is strongly recommended to use a heating pack during winter to protect the plant from low temperatures; one heating pack per order is enough. Mature size is 2-3" with proper care. Light: sunny windowsill, T5, or LED lights. Potting medium: Mexican Pinguicula mix. Feeding: fish food or bugs every 3-4 weeks. Water: keep soil moist. Humidity: 50-80%. Temperature: 55-85°F. Dormancy: none; may go into a succulent state during Winter depending on temperatures.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far.
