Pinguicula 'Kewensis' is a butterwort plant hybrid produced by Kew Botanicals Gardens in the UK, based on multiple Pinguicula moranensis. The photos are representative; you will receive a similar plant that is not flowering at the moment. Color can vary—some plants stay greener, while others turn pink or reddish under intense light. The plant is about 1" in diameter and ships bare root in a plastic container to protect it. It prefers a sunny windowsill or grow lights, and the potting medium is Mexican Pinguicula soil mix.
Strongly recommended to use a heating pack in winter to protect the plant from cold; 1 pack per order is enough. Mature plant size 2-3" depending on care. Dormancy none, though temperatures may trigger a succulent state in winter. Water: keep soil moist. Humidity: 50-80%. Temperature: 55-85°F. Feeding: fish food or bugs every 3-4 weeks. We ship the plants on Monday and Wednesday to avoid weekend cutoffs.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping.
