Pinguicula 'Apasionada' (gignatea alba x moctezumae) is a butterwort plant. The plants pictured are representative; you will receive a similar plant. They are shipped bare root in a plastic container to protect them and are sent on Mondays and Wednesdays to avoid weekend cutoffs. Each plant is about 1.5 inches in size. A heating pack is strongly recommended in winter to protect from low temperatures, and we are not responsible for dead plants that did not have a heating pack during transit.
Typical care includes planting in Mexican Pinguicula mix, keeping the soil moist, and providing bright light from a sunny windowsill, T5, or LED lights. Feed with fish food or small insects every 3-4 weeks. Maintain humidity between 50% and 80% and a temperature range of 55–85°F. Mature plants reach about 3–4 inches; dormancy is not expected, though the plant may enter a succulent state in winter conditions depending on temperatures.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping.
