Pinguicula agnata 'El Lobo' is a carnivorous butterwort plant. The plants shown are representative, and you will receive a similar specimen. They are not flowering at the moment. With strong light they may develop pink or reddish coloration over time. Plants are shipped bare root in a plastic container to protect them. We ship on Monday and Wednesday to avoid weekend cutoff. Each plant measures about 1 inch in diameter.
Care highlights: Light—place on a sunny windowsill, or use T5 or LED lights. Potting medium is Mexican Pinguicula soil mix. Feeding is fish food or bugs every 3-4 weeks. Water: keep soil moist. Humidity: 50-80%. Temperature: 55-85°F. Mature plant size ranges from 2-3 inches depending on care. Dormancy is none, though plants may enter a succulent state in winter depending on temperatures. Heating packs are recommended in winter to protect plants from cold during transit; one heating pack per order is sufficient.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping.
