The Maple Callus Borer Moth Lure Three Pack contains three 30-day pheromone lures that selectively attract the Maple Callus Borer Moth (Synanthedon acerni). The lures are non-toxic and are intended for use with trapping systems that include Pest Wizard paper delta traps or reusable plastic delta traps, sold separately.
Maple trees affected include red, silver, and sugar maples, with a special preference for silver maples. Replace lures according to the life indicated on the package and continue replacing them through the season. Traps should be replaced as needed when they fill up with insects.

The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping.
