Oregon Sugar Pod Pea is a standout snow pea variety known for its tender, sweet pods and early, abundant harvests. It thrives in full sun and well-draining soil, and matures in about 60–65 days. The vines grow to about 3 feet tall and are best supported with trellises or stakes for easy harvesting. Pods are flat, crisp, and stringless, making them ideal for fresh eating, stir-fries, salads, and steaming. The plant is resistant to powdery mildew and pea enation virus and is cold-hardy, suitable for early spring or fall plantings.
With regular picking, the vines continue to produce over an extended period and can yield after three pickings. It tolerates short hot spells and is suitable for early spring or fall plantings, and can be grown in compact spaces, such as a flower garden.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping.
