Professional installation is required: the unit ships without a power cord and must be hardwired to a single-phase 240 V AC circuit by a licensed electrician, in accordance with national and local electric codes in the United States. The GH10K Smart delivers 10,000 W (34,129 BTU) of heating for spaces from 1,200 to 2,000 sq ft, while the GH15K Smart delivers 15,000 W (51,194 BTU) for larger areas of 1,600 to 2,500 sq ft, with an integrated fan for rapid, even warmth.
WiFi control is included alongside the control panel and remote operation, with a temperature range of 45–95℉ and timer options from 1–12 hours. The units offer adjustable louvers and mounting angles to direct airflow, are ETL-listed for safety, and include an integrated thermostat with auto shut-off to prevent overheating. Important electrical notes: GH10K Smart requires a 60A circuit breaker and 6 AWG copper wire; GH15K Smart requires an 80A circuit breaker and 4 AWG copper wire, rated at 167℉ (75℃) or higher; copper wire only.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
