Mature plants reach 6–12 inches tall, forming a dense rosette of dark green, spoon-shaped leaves. Tatsoi grows quickly and supports a continuous harvest for baby greens or mature leaves. It is high in vitamins A, C, and K and is a cool-season crop for spring and fall. For best growth, use well-drained, fertile soil with slight acidity to neutral pH, provide full sun to partial shade, keep the soil consistently moist, and space plants 4–8 inches apart.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
