Mulberry Fruit Tree Seeds, 100 Pack
To start mulberry fruit tree seeds, use a container at least 2-3 inches deep with drainage holes. You can use yogurt cups, milk cartons, or paper cups. Choose seedling-specific potting soil; do not use garden soil or reuse houseplant soil. Small seeds can be sprinkled on the surface; larger seeds should be buried. After planting, moisten, and cover with wet paper or a plastic dome to speed germination; remove the cover when green appears.
As seedlings grow, keep the soil moist but not soggy, letting it dry slightly between waterings; feed regularly with liquid fertilizer. Seedlings need a lot of light: set lights on a timer for 15 hours a day. If you grow by a window, choose a south-facing exposure and rotate the pots. Under grow lights, place them a few inches above the tops and raise them as they grow, and remember that seedlings need darkness to rest.
