Monterey Neem Oil 70% Concentrate is an all-in-one solution for managing a wide range of insect pests and plant diseases. Derived from the neem tree (Azadirachta indica), this natural extract acts as a broad-spectrum fungicide, insecticide, and miticide and is OMRI listed for organic farming and gardening use. It controls pests such as aphids, spider mites, scale, and whiteflies, and treats fungal issues like black spot, powdery mildew, rust, and more. It is designed for use on fruits, vegetables, herbs, roses, houseplants, trees, and shrubs.
Neem oil interferes with pest feeding, growth, and reproduction, and inhibits germination and the spread of fungal spores. This multi-pronged action supports Integrated Pest Management (IPM) by reducing reliance on synthetic chemicals while protecting plants naturally. How to use: Dilute according to label instructions and mix well. Apply with a sprayer, thoroughly coating the upper and lower leaf surfaces. For best results, use during early morning or evening and reapply every 7–14 days or as needed. Do not apply to stressed or drought-affected plants. Safety tips: wear gloves and eye protection; avoid spraying in windy conditions; keep out of reach of children and pets.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
