The Modern Gold and Black Fluted Glass Wall Lamp is a wall-mounted cylindrical fixture made from clear fluted glass and finished in gold. It is designed for direct-wired installation and uses two lights. Two size options are available: 10–14 inches in height with a 4-inch diameter, or 15–19 inches in height with a 5-inch diameter. The lamp supports voltages of 110–120V and 220–240V. Bulbs with E12 or E14 bases can be used, including LED, incandescent, or fluorescent types. Bulbs are not included.

The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping.
