All doormats may discolor after exposure to water and high traffic. To extend life, keep the mat in a dry, covered area. To clean, shake out or vacuum away debris. The mat measures 18 x 30 x 0.6 inches, with slight depth variation between pieces. Each mat is unique and color may vary from the photo; coir fibers can differ in thickness and may contain husk chunks. For orders of five or more pieces, bulk discounts are available. Returns are the buyer’s responsibility for shipping; custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
