Our 18x30 doormats are designed as personalized gifts and feature a natural coir front with a slip-resistant backing. We use high-quality cured UV ink that bonds to each fiber, helping prevent fading. The UV ink affixes directly to each fiber on the doormat, and with this process there is no vinyl involved, so there will be no peeling.
All mats discolor after exposure to water and high traffic. To extend the life of your doormat, keep it in a dry, covered area. Cleaning is simple: shake out or vacuum away debris. The mats measure 18 x 30 x 0.6 inches, though depth may vary slightly. Since coir is made from coconut husks, fibers can be thicker or thinner, and some husk chunks may be present. All mats are different and unique, with possible color variances from the photo. For orders of 5 or more pieces, please message us for bulk discounts. Returns: I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders unless they arrive damaged or defective. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
