Vintage Karabakh Kilim measures 7’5” x 11’. It is hand-knotted from natural wool and made in Karabakh, Caucasus. This minimalistic example represents one of four traditional Azerbaijan carpet types. The Karabakh carpet school developed in both lowland and mountainous areas, with the highland group led by Shusha. Karabakh carpets are known for their colorfulness and bright colors, a dense, fluffy pile from local sheep, and geometric floral motifs rendered in a symmetric pattern.
Age/Production: 1930s. Condition: Perfect Condition (New Condition). Photos were taken under natural light to reflect true condition. All hand-knotted rugs are professionally washed and treated, and each rug is inspected before leaving the warehouse.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
