Maranta Leuconeura Silver Band is prized for its distinctive variegation on the leaves. These plants are commonly called Prayer Plants because their leaves roll up at night. If you want a houseplant you can watch move, this is the one for you.
During the day, the leaves turn to follow the sun and will lift after a good watering. For growing success, place the plant in indirect light (some shade is tolerated) and keep the soil moist. Plan to repot every two years in spring. Ceramic pot not included. Not all items offered online are available in-store.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
