Micro sword is a grassy-looking aquatic plant that forms a dense carpet under medium to higher lighting. It sends runners along the substrate, creating new baby plants and expanding the carpet over time.
Once it starts growing, it can rise quickly but typically stays only a few inches tall. Many aquarists trim it regularly to maintain a lawn-like foreground. It is easy to grow, does not require CO2, and propagates via sideshoots.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping.
